"Really clear directions, timely reminders for the door codes and an extremely well appointed appartment which has clearly been thoroughly redecorated recently. Coffee pods and water to welcome us. The sofa bed was quite comfortable for a sofa bed and the bedroom very comfortable. Dishwasher was a bonus"

"The noise from the street outside (cobbled stone) with bars until 1am, chatting people until 2 am then they come to empty the bins at 4am and set up the market stalls at 6am. The noise travels straight up to where the sofa bed is situated. In the rear bedroom it is quieter however there is still an A/C or refrigeration fan from the shop below which runs intermittently all night. All in all it is a lovely apartment but if you aren't used to a noisy night you will struggle"

"It was easy to find and the check-in went smoothly. Entering was a great welcome. The apartment is exactly like the pictures, very clean & tidy & new! I stayed with 3 children. I think the mattress in the bedroom is very hard, but the four of us slept on the large sofa bed in the living room for 7 nights. Totally fine! Location is perfect! Public transport is also very easy to reach via Censier-Daubenton (metrostation) only a view minutes walk from appartment, you can easily get on to see all of Paris. All connections are there. Thank you Even Gestion for this wonderful stay and fantastic experience! =)"

"Location was great! There are restaurants, markets, shops, music on the street. The place was very clean, washer and dryer worked great, close to subway, easy to use the door code and easy to use the lock box to get the keys. Check in and check out was an easy process. We loved staying here and hope to be back again!"

"Master bed is firm, so it depends on your liking. 1 of us was not bothered by the bed. The street noise (from sofa bed) on weekend night was loud, but we expected this per another reviewer. During the week, the nighttime noise was not a problem."
